Confirm your purchase is from our store

Our warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from vseeboxshops.com. Before reaching out, please make sure your device was ordered through our official store.

Purchased elsewhere? We're unable to help.

If your vSeeBox was purchased from Amazon, eBay, or any third-party retailer, our warranty does not apply. Please contact the original seller for assistance. We can only support orders placed directly through our store.

Prepare what we'll need from you

To process your warranty claim as quickly as possible, please have the following ready before contacting support:

MAC address of your vSeeBox

Found in Settings → About → Status, or on the label on the underside of the device. And a clear photos help us process your claim faster.

Provide proof of purchase

We'll need to verify that your order was placed through our store. Any one of the following is accepted:

Order number, PayPal receipt, Credit card statement or Purchase email

Check your email regularly for updates on your claim.
