Refund policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

For an item to be eligible for a return or exchange, it needs to be:

Unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
In its original packaging with all parts and accessories included.
Returned with the original order number or receipt.
The protective plastic film/seal must not be removed, opened, broken, or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot process returns for:

Products that have been used, opened, or damaged.
Products with the protective plastic film/seal removed, opened, broken, or damaged.
Any return that has not been pre-approved.

We are only able to process returns for products purchased directly from our website, vseeboxstores.com. We cannot handle returns or other customer service requests for items bought from other retailers.

Return Shipping

If the item arrives damaged or is damaged during delivery, please contact us at support@vseeboxstores.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement shipment for you.

For all other returns, such as if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking to ensure your return arrives safely.

Return & Exchange Process

Contact us: Email our customer service team at support@vseeboxstores.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Get authorization: Wait for our team to provide you with return authorization and detailed shipping instructions.

Send it back: Ship the item to the address we provide you.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the item. If the product is unused, unopened, in good condition, and the protective plastic film/seal has not been removed, opened, broken, or damaged, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The final arrival time may vary depending on your payment provider.
